Houston: City Tour and NASA Space Center Admission Ticket

This 6-hour long adventure begins with a short sightseeing tour around Houston where you get to see some of the city’s most important landmarks before continuing to the Space Center Houston located 25 miles from the center.

Space Center Houston is the visitor center for NASA’s Johnson Space Center. The separate facility features activities and exhibits designed for visitors to experience space and it was designed by NASA and Disney Imagineering joined together.

This is how you get to experience interactive exhibits and activities, touch a moon rock, and maybe take a tram ride to the gigantic International Space Station Assembly Building and Mission Control. Tram tours are not always guaranteed and long waiting times may be experienced on busy days, though.

A visit to the Starship Gallery Artifact Museum may include trying out the simulator that lets you land the lunar orbiter.

At the end of the visit the participants will be returned to the meeting point in Houston.

Underground Tunnel Tour of Downtown Houston

This 2-hour experience is about discovering the most extensive underground tunnel system in the US and some of the buildings above it right here in Houston, Texas.

Houston is the 4th most populated city in the country and the most populated in the state of Texas and yet it can look like a ghost town during warm summer days and it’s all due to the more than 7.5 miles of underground tunnels that lay just 20-25 feet/6-7.5 m below street level. This tunnel system serves as a corporate playground for a multitude of Fortune 500 companies and encompasses Texas’ tallest skyscrapers.

The tour begins at the famous Hyatt Regency Hotel in Downtown Houston and it will take the participants to see some of the city’s most well-renowned skyscrapers, the oldest bank of Downtown Houston, the newest food halls and much more.

This tour is not suitable for people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users.

From Houston: 6-Hour Galveston Island Tour

Galveston Island offers 32 mi/51.5 km of beaches, vibrant historic areas, abundant leisure and it is also one of the largest well-preserved concentrations of Victorian architecture in the U.S., and it is located just 50 mi/80 km from Downtown Houston on Texas’ coastline in the Mexican Gulf.

The adventure includes a panoramic tour of the city of Galveston where you get to explore the treasures and the beauty of the island and its city. After the tour it’s time to enjoy cruising out on the waters in a safe jet drive boat for a fun dolphin watching tour. The boat will get you up close to these magnificent and beautiful creatures in their natural habitat.

Houston: City Sightseeing Tour by Electric Cart

On this 1.5-hour long tour the guide will take the participants through the streets of Houston in an electric cart. During the ride the guide will share their knowledge about all things Houston, from top historical landmarks, to vibrant murals seen on the way between the more than 35 of Bayou City’s most popular sightseeing locations.

Houston is one of the culinary centers of the world and the city has a vast collection of culinary choices, something the guide will tell the participants more about, including some recommendations for nightlife and restaurants to those who ask. One of the points of interest that will be seen on this tour is the so-called 8th Wonder of the World, The Astrodome. The stadium was built in 1965 and at the time it was the world’s first indoor air-conditioned stadium, and while it is closed it still attracts visitors from all over the world.

Carts will accommodate groups ranging from 1 to 50 participants per tour, although sometimes smaller groups may be paired with other small groups.

Houston: Top-5 Attractions Pass with Transportation

This pass includes tickets to 5 different activities to do while visiting Houston. The pass is valid for 7 consecutive days from the first day of use and participants can go through the attractions in whichever order they wish to. Culinary Food Tour of Downtown Houston with Tunnel Access

Houston is a city with vast culinary options including dishes from all over the world. The booming food scene in Houston is diverse and this tour is designed especially for foodies who wish to experience flavorful food and unique culinary combinations.

The group will head to three or four different restaurants, the size of the group will determine the number of restaurants as larger groups take longer.
